Structure

Nusrat Malikov, who joined the Veysaloglu Group of Companies since 2020, worked as the Group Finance Manager for Production and as a member of the Board of Directors of the "Veysaloglu-Yaycılı Brothers" company. Currently, he is the Executive Director/Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Ulduz" Chocolate Factory, and also the director of "Khoncha" Factory.

He made an important contribution to the projects related to "Ulduz" Chocolate Factory, "AVT Construction" company and "Khoncha" Confectionery House.

He received his bachelor's and master's studies at the "Accounting and Audit" faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and his doctoral studies at the "Finance" faculty of the same university.

In different years, Nusrat Malikov was the Finance Director at "Azeraluminum" OJSC, Deputy General Director at "Azerelektroterm" OJSC, Director of the Accounting Department at "DET-AL Aluminum" LLC, Director of the Accounting Department at "Bakcell" LLC, "DetAl Holding" worked as the Chief Financial Director of the company.

DipIFR – Diploma in International Financial Reporting (ACCA). He is a member of the American Institute of Internal Auditors. Nusrat Malikov is a Ph.D. in economics who participates in trainings and conferences on the application of Financial Management and Corporate Governance, practical aspects of transition to IFRS, IFRS and US GAAP Accounting, International Accounting and TACIS audit.
